No, this isn’t about hugging trees (although there’s nothing wrong with that). This addition to the blog-o-tundra is about sharing great ideas and lessons from companies who actually have real, live, two-way relationships with their customers instead of clogging our mailboxes, airwaves, and cityscapes with high priced low-efficiency acquisition marketing clutter.
It’s Marketing Environmentalism. It’s not green, but it’s good for all of us.
