I just viewed the video of your presentation at the WOM Supergenius event. I believe that you provided a good summary of both what to do, and what to avoid. Perhaps it&#039;s the latter that seems to get most legacy marketers in trouble. It has proven to be difficult for some people to let go of mass-marketing practices -- from a bygone era of our profession.
